MAINTENANCE, CUSTODIAL OPERATIONS and GROUNDS

Maintenance, Custodial Operations and Grounds work together to provide consistent services during all hours of operations. Work orders are now entered electronically for these departments to help get messages to the staff to provide the needed services.

To arrange services:
M-F 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. - Call Facilities Services at ext.4347
After 5 p.m. and Saturday - Call the Switchboard at ext.4001

• Assist faculty/staff with custodial, maintenance & grounds requests

• Initiate work orders for facility department

• Cleaning up spills

• Assisting with room and special events set-ups

• Reporting on irrigation concerns

• HVAC or lighting issues, etc.

• Recycling materials
