How Do I Apply? 

	The 2008-2009 application is here (which includes summer 2008, fall 2008, and spring 2009)!!!  Complete the EOPS and CARE application, available in the EOPS office or can be downloaded here (in pdf format). Downloading Instructions 1.  Click here to download application. 2.  Print all 4 pages. 3.  Completely fill out the application.  EOPS   applicants needs to fill out the first two pages and CARE applicants will also need to fill out the third page.  Please leave the 4th page blank. 4.  Turn in the application to the EOPS office 5.  Make required appointment and orientation
	Complete and file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at FAFSA on the Web or pick up an application at the Financial Aid Office
	Provide all documentation necessary to complete applications
	NOTE: The EOPS and CARE Application can be downloaded in the Adobe PDF file format. Once downloaded, they can be viewed or printed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe web site.
