COOPERATIVE WORK EXPERIENCE (WEX 110)

EOPS offers supervised work experience to assist students in acquiring desirable work habits, attitudes, and career awareness.

The top skills employers are looking for include:

If you are asking yourself, "How do I gain these skills?" -that is a good question. Work experience allows us to build our skills in the areas listed above. It gives us the opportunity to combine the theory we learn in the classroom with practical, real world experiences. It is this combination that prepares us for success!

75 hours paid or 60 hours unpaid work experience per unit.
Supervised work experience to assist students in acquiring desirable work habits, attitudes and career awareness. Jobs may or may not be directly related to students’ educational goals.
