• Enroll in the course. Attached are the enrollment instructions that will guide you through the enrollment process using http://webctarchive.gcccd.edu

• After you have enrolled in the course and you arrive at the Financial Aid/Academic Planning Course homepage; you will see icons for those items bolded below.

• If you have never taken an on-line course, go through "How to use WebCT".

• Review the syllabus so you will know what is required to successfully complete the course.

• Read each course chapter thoroughly and complete the all assignments. Chapter assignments are imbedded in each chapter.

• Review the Power Point Chapter Reviews prior to taking the chapter quizzes.

• Take and submit the quizzes  after completing each chapter.

• View your grades to check your scores for each chapter quiz and to see if you have passed. Complete the course evaluation.

·         When you have completed all the quizzes we will verify whether you have passed the course. We will update your financial aid application information within approximately four working days from when you complete the course. You can check the status of your financial aid application on-line through Web Advisor to verify you have completed the requirement.
