Purpose: Your research assignment

RESEARCH REPORT:

Any business law topic could be acceptable.  You may use your textbook to find ideas for your topic.  Check with me to see if it is an acceptable topic.

EXAMPLE TOPICS:
 1. Employee theft
 2. Environmental regulations in San Diego and how they  affect San Diego businesses.
 3. Business ethics
 4. Intentional torts (pick a specific tort and view research tips intentional torts). Pick two sources other than your textbook for your research.  They can be books, newspaper articles, magazine articles, cases, the Internet, governmental information and one source could be an interview with an expert in the field of study.  Try to obtain as much up-to-date information as possible.
