Labor law
Labor law is the body of law applied to such
matters as employment, remuneration, conditions of work, trade
unions, and labor-management relations. Laws regarding trade
unions and labor-management relations include the legal status of
trade unions, the rights and obligations of worker's and
employers' organizations, collective bargaining agreements, and
rules for settling disputes, strikes, and lockouts.
