Siena and San Gimignano

 

We all had a wonderful time exploring some of the hill towns of Tuscany. We saw magnificent Siena; home
of St. Catherine, the saint of Siena, Italy and the European union. We toured the lovely duomo and ate next
to the Mangia Tower in the Pza. del Campo. Then we visitied San Gimignano, a town that once had 72 towers.
Now, only about 11 towers are still standing. Here we explored the cobbled streets, did some pottery shopping,
ate gelato, and had an excellent time. Below are two vidoes and some photos. Enjoy!
