in 1988 and expanded it to include pool and spa installation in 2006. He joined the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA)
in 1993 to keep up with the changes in the industry and served as president of the local chapter in 2001. Steve is the
California State Director of Education for 2010/2011.

topics such as water conscious planting, how to save money in your garden, and firescaping strategies.
He enjoys sailing, biking, camping and has a talent for working on vehicles. Steve grew up in
Escondido, California, where he continues to reside.
