Attaining Optimum Health in the 21st Century
(NCHO 1006)
This course will teach the student how to attain and maintain exceptional health and cover all aspects of health and nutrition. Course will cover the best types of fats, vegetables, fruits and dairy and proteins. Course will include review of possible problems in our water and air, and discussion of different diets, grains, sweeteners vitamins, minerals, herbs and other supplements.

Family, Finance, & Money Management (NCHO 1041)
This course prepares students to understand the values, needs, wants, goals, and resources that enable them to make wise decisions that contribute to a family's stability and improve the quality of life. Financial resource management, including consumer rights and responsibilities will also be discussed.
