Robotics Prototyping Laboratory (1170)
Fee: $95
This will be a one-room schoolhouse class on robotics and
prototyping. You can
follow one of several pre-designed courses of study on
microcontrollers or robotics, or you can develop a program
customized to your own interests that makes use of the
laboratory capabilities.

Equipment for use in class will be provided, but you must
provide your own project materials for anything you want to
keep. We’ll give you
an extensive list of suppliers.

Beginning Photoshop (1080)

Introduction to the digital imaging software program, Adobe
Photoshop. Students will use photo editing and color correction
tools to enhance digital images and create special effects using the
computer. Learn how to sue the tools, menus, and palettes, how
lighten, darken, blur, and sharpen portions of a photograph. Adjust
color balance, change color schemes, apply filters for artistic
effects, etc. Erase, crop and combine images. Select different parts
of an image. Copy & paste. Learn how to add, move, and delete
layers. Select portions of different photos and combine them into
one. Please bring a flash drive (thumb drive) to class for storing
your projects.
