I. REAL ESTATE (Major
Code: 50043)
The programs leading to either an
Associate Degree or Certificate in Real Estate are designed to prepare
students for employment in real estate or related fields. This program
will also fill the educational requirements for the California Real
Estate Salesperson and Brokers Licenses and will help prepare both the salesperson and
the broker for the state examination.

Any student who chooses to complete
only the major requirements listed above qualifies for a Certificate in
Real Estate. To receive a certificate, an official request must be filed
with the Admissions and Records Office prior to the deadline as stated
in the Academic Calendar.
BROKERS LICENSE
Students may satisfy the California
State Education requirement for a Brokers License by completing the
